Publishers who would like to display a selection of relevant books, leaflets, journals, and catalogues at the IOSOT Congress will not incur any direct costs associated with the Book Exhibit. Those publishers unable to send someone to man a stand, but nevertheless interested in participation, can do so via a joint display. The DRUŽINA Publishing House and Book Store, located in the adjacent building, will organise and take care of the Book Exhibit. We will not charge publishers for participation in the Book Exhibit, though we would like to thank in advance any publishers who may be able to donate books to the Library of the Faculty of Theology after the Congress.

In regard of participants the most convenient space for the Book Exhibit are the modern and pleasant corridors (connecting lecture rooms and having a direct access to the Mensa) within the Faculty of Law. Most members of the Organizing Committee prefer this option. Another option would be the Gallery within the DRUŽINA Publishing House. In any case, we shall provide for computer facilities in the area.

Any question concerning the general prospect of the Book Exhibit may be sent preferably directly to the President of IOSOT, Prof. Jože Krašovec (joze.krasovec@guest.arnes.si), and forwarded to the above addresses.

Conference delegates/exhibiting publishers are to register as participants of the IOSOT and pay the 100 Euro fee in order to receive the Programme Book and to have free access to the opening ceremony (on Sunday, July 15), other receptions, and coffee breaks served in the dining department of the Faculty of Law. Meals are not part of the conference fee, but on the basis of special arrangement for participants of the Congress lunch and several other goods will be available in the large dining department of the Faculty of Law for convenient price.

The deadline for registering to attend with a publisher display is 15 June 2007. The books must reach DRUŽINA by 5 July 2007.
The DRUŽINA Book Store has convenient facilities for storing books before the Congress and after the Congress until a courier can collect them.

Advertising in the Programme Handbook IOSOT 2007 in Ljubljana

Publishers are welcome to prepare advertising for the Programme Book or inserts for the delegates packs.

Advertising Specifications:
Only Adobe Acrobat pdf artwork will be accepted. IOSOT will not make any changes to the ads. Artwork must conform to the following specifications:
Ad size: format 17,5 x 24 cm. At least 300 dpi.
IOSOT charges for full page: Euro 200,-
Additional pages: Euro 150,-
